HR Manager
Job Description :
- Looking for the candidate having strong knowledge of Recruitment and Selection process should be expert in general HR & Admin activities. Should implement and Monitor Employee Relations processes.
- Should have strong experience in designing, planning and execution of all aspects of training program, delivery and evaluation of feedback and effectiveness of training.
- Manage end to end (induction to exit) HR responsibilities for the respective business units and promote a healthy relationship between HR and the business.
- Interact with Business heads and senior PMs to periodically capture People Function requirements for the business.
Qualification : PG- MBA/PGDM -(HR)
Experience : Minimum 2-5 Years of Experience of working as HR-Manager Executives
