We are looking for an enthusiastic HR manager who is a data-driven person, passionate about building and maintaining a 'recruitment story', a relentless networker within the industry, and within our company. This individual will proactively identify, source, and recruit candidates with a focus on development functions to build a diverse pipeline of candidates for current and future skill sets and competencies.
Recruiting and staffing.
Performance management and tracking.
Employment and compliance with regulatory concerns regarding employees.
Employee on-boarding and facilitation of development, assessment, and training.
Policy development and documentation.
Maintaining and improving employee relations.
Facilitate company-wide employee engagement with regular activities.
Compensation and benefits administration.
Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health.
Employee services and counselling.
Skills and Experience
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development.
Specialized knowledge of employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labour relations, preferred.
Active affiliation with appropriate Human Resources networks and organizations and ongoing community involvement preferred.
Possess ongoing affiliations with leaders in successful companies and organizations that practise effective Human Resources Management, preferred.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Excellent organizational management skills.
Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills.
