Job description for HR Manager.

• 1). Should be professionally qualified in HR with experience of 8-12 yrs, out of which atleast 2 yrs in any manufacturing company dealing with workmen and managers.
• 2). Should be Capable to working independently and leading a team of executives.
• 3). He will be responsible to create a winning team and Create awareness of Goals.
• 4). Knowledge of industry norm/practices, with regard to Hr processes in areas of recruitment, Induction, Appraisal & employee engagement is a must.
• 5). Knowledge on PMS (Performance Management System) & execution of regular reviews to ensure employees are aware of the expected performance levels is a must.
• 6). Should be fully conversant with all statutory requirements.
• 7). Experience of handling various other approvals such as OHSHAS, SEDEX, BRC etc will be added advantage for the candidate.
