Responsibilities and Duties
Marketing Responsibilities (Back Office)--
- Overseeing and developing business development & marketing campaigns
- Corporate Data Mining and Calling
- Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences
- Promotional activities
- Coordinating internal team and managing organisations culture
- Monitoring team performance
- Managing campaigns on social media.
HR Responsibilities: --
- Help creating a database pool of multiple skills to make the recruitment process simpler.
- Co-ordinate with respective resources, understand the requirement so that fast and timely service is provided without wastage of time.
- Coordinate advertisements in job sites, network groups.
- Screened resumes and applications and conduct preliminary interviews for multiple levels.
- Ensure compliance of company policies and procedures and best practices.
- Track reviews and monitor performance management issues with respective managers and associates.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Candidate must possess EXCELLENT WRITTEN & ORAL & COMMUNICATION
- Good spoken English
- Candidate must be a tech-savvy
- Candidate must be Smart, Quick Learner
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate
- 1-3 years of experience in any field (Marketing/HR exposure will be preferred)
- Job location is Kota
