HR MIS Executive jobs in Hyderabad at Eureka Forbes

· Taking care of Onboarding of New employee in HRMS on weekly basis. One application takes min of 20-30 min for the entire process.

·· Upload the employee documents in HRMS to maintain his files in system.

· Employee personal file management.

· Handling SAP and sending daily reports as required.

· Issuing ESIC Card and Medi-claim card when required to employees.

· Supporting in Payroll inputs like FGF/F&F letter preparations, etc.,

· Generating all the all kinds of letters and taking signature from Business head/PCH. Once done issuing the employee and uploading the acknowledgement copy in HRMS.

· Taking of the filling all required things for F& F and PF forms for the Ex-employees. Ensuring all the required documents and sending the same to concern department.

· Following up with the leaders on bank details of new employees and also for other documents like PAN card, reference letter etc., and share to the concern team for updation in SAP.

· Also supporting in preparing require reports from SAP whenever required.
