Responsibilities:

Manage the HR Information System (HRIS) under the guidance of the HR Manager to ensure timely and accurate updating of employee data.

Conduct an employee connect program with the aim to reduce attrition and increase employee satisfaction levels.

Conduct exit interviews and drive the employee exit process and tasks associated with it.

Manage the employee letters and communication.

Drive the Rewards and Recognition programs as well as the monthly HR events and activities.

Responsible to drive the Employee Onboarding program including pre-boarding and post-boarding activities.

Provide analytical and well-documented HR reports to the reporting manager.

Act as a point of contact and build influential employee relationships.

Should display the highest level of work ethics and integrity.
