  • Experience with HR operations topics.
  • Management of e2e Onboarding process.
  • Employee Life cycle process management.
  • Creating and running the projects for Onboarding team.
  • Cross country process management.
  • Vendor coordination.
  • Gurgaon based position
  • HR Operations experience 3 - 4 years in a centralised shared services centre
  • HRBP CVs, non – shared services may not be suitable, hence avoid
  • MBA HR
  • Preferably Gurgaon based
  • Experience in customer facing role
