Skills Required:
- Excellent knowledge in Excel & Advance Excel / PowerPoint
- Good Communication skills (both written and oral)
- Preparing HR Reports for UK HR Business Partners and Managers.
- Understanding the structure of Capgemini UK organization to cater reporting services
- Understanding SAP MyConnect and upload bulk data
- Data Validation to ensure there is no anomaly in Local HR data and Global HR tool
- Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment.
- Should be good in communication skills (Both Written and Verbal).
- Should have experience in MIS Reporting
Desired candidate profile:
- Should have proficient knowledge on MS Excel/ Advance Excel & PowerPoint
- Knowledge in SAP HR would be preferred.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Power BI would be preferred
- Good communication skills (both Written and Verbal)
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and to excel.
- Adaptability and ability to work accurately under time constraints.
