Liberty General Insurance is a joint venture between Liberty Citystate holdings PTE Limited, a group company of US Headquartered Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, a leading multinational property and casualty group, and Liberty Industries Limited, Liberty General Insurance commenced operations in 2013 with the aim of providing comprehensive retail, commercial and industrial insurance solutions.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on entering data and data processing on behalf of country operations
2. Create report on country request and assign it to appropriate operations
3. Perform Oracle Cloud testing activities on behalf of country operations and provides test feedback to the relationship managers and/or product owner
4. Adhere to the established process design, data standards, reporting, and analytics processes related to the Oracle Cloud system
5. Hands-on with day-to-day system administration, requirements gathering, testing activities for Oracle Cloud system
6. Complete assigned tasks on time and validates correct process is followed
7. Run bulk upload for large organizational changes, perform impact analysis and appropriate success/error report with the requestor
8. Tracks all user requests related to transaction processing, report generation in ticketing tool (JIRA)
9. Perform and documents impact analysis and update process documentation on a need basis and keep it up to date
