About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collecting payroll information such as details of bank accounts and other personal details
2. Supporting the HR team in the areas of operations, analytics, and total rewards
3. Supporting our organization with a high-level of support, confidentiality, care, and discretion
4. Supporting a positive employee experience by suggesting improvements and efficiencies to HR processes and procedures
5. Assisting the HR team in updating and maintaining employee data. (Including but not limited)
6. Creating reports on the HR-related process when required
7. Updating our internal databases with new employee data including contact details and employment forms

Other requirements

1. Should have the ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines

2. Should have the ability to manage multiple projects with overlapping timelines while still meeting deadlines

3. Should be able to work independently and proactively to follow processes within the scope of work

4. Should be an undergraduate student, graduate student, or recent graduate with a degree in human resources

5. Should have a strong interest in pursuing human resources as a career path

6. Should have intermediate Excel and data analytics

7. Should have excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

8. Should have proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
