Hiring for HR Head Profile
Job Location: Multan Nagar
Education: MBA (Regular)
Designation: HR/Operations Manager
Job responsibilities:

Owe the complete responsibility of operations of the company.

She has to ensure employee welfare, timely compensation sheet as well the
employee
management.
·
Effectively manages team members, including technicians and advisors, to ensure
team
objectives and sales goals are being carried out.
·
Displays extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices,
including
product details and company services offered.
·
Assists with or performs administrative tasks.
1) Talent Acquisition
i) Recruitment requirement check / Place vacancies
ii) Interview
iii) Joining formalities
2) Training & Development
i) Induction Training.
ii) To prepare PPTs on HR-related issues and imparting training on those
issues.
iii) To identify the area of training required to boost the team’s potential.
iv) Employee Relations & Orientation Programme
3) HR Operations
i) Attendance Calculation for Salary.
ii) Leave Record Management.
iii) Personal file maintenance.
IV) Administer HR internal control policies to procedures to align with
organization’s
direction.
v) Attend to all employees’ query pertaining to HR policies &
procedures.
vi) Periodic Review of Performance.
vii) Weekly Indoor / outdoor activities.
4) Administration
i) Perform general clerical duties which include photocopying, faxing, mailing,
and filing.
ii) Answer & attend to all calls and redirect to relevant staff
members, taking messages and
assembling mailing.
iii) Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
iv) Purchase and maintain an inventory of office equipment, stationery and
administer
maintenance contracts of office equipment and facilities.
v) Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones etc.
vi) Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
Shift time: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
Salary: ₹15,000.00 to ₹23,000.00 /month
