Manager – HR Operations

As Human Resource Responsibilities:

Qualification:
He/ She should have PG in MBA (HR) in distinction + Any relevant Certifications
UG with Commerce or Technical Mandatory
He/ She Should have Hi-Fi communication skills (English + Any other Language)
Should have Passion of doing the Job in Vijayawada Location by Joining a Startup Company
Should have involved in End to End Recruitments Process
Should have practical exposure in All activities of HR like –
Induction Program + Training & Development
On boarding of Employees
Payroll Management (Necessary Income Tax Act Provision)
Compensation Management
Attendance & Leave Management
Designing of HR Policies
HR Documentation work
Salary Negotiations
Performance Appraisal
Succession Planning
Employee Relationships
Labor Laws & Implementation of Statutory Norms.
Conflict Management (Between Employees)
Maintaining Other Company HR Relationships within SEZ Zone.
Attending HR Summits & Conclaves, Weekly Food Safety Meetings, Other Meeting required in SEZ Zone.
Reporting to Managing Director and General Manager of Cloud Maaya.

As Operations Person Responsibilities:

Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
Improve & design processes and best practices to be Best Company
Create Healthy environment in Office and make Employees Comfortable.
Purchase materials from suitable buyer, plan inventory efficiency, Inventory Control.
Attend Meetings and Capable of Projecting Cloud Maaya in best way, if necessary
Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.
Formulate strategies to meet operational objectives
Manage Periodical Meetings and schedule them according to convenience,
Forecasts Future necessities and intimate to Top level Management.
Recruit, train and supervise staff, Motivational Point
Find ways to reach Universities and Maintain University Relationships.
Business Process : Ways to go into Market and Making Profits (Training Wing)
