Responsibilities:
Manage attendance & leave in HRMS.
Handle LOP inputs/reversals and share data with payroll.
Manage GMC insurance, claims & vendor coordination.
Handle Sodexo issuance & monthly top-ups.
Maintain audit-ready HR documents & ensure compliance.
Support monthly payroll activities.
Skills:
HRMS knowledge (PeopleStrong preferred).
Excel must.
Good communication & attention to detail.
Qualification:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR.
2–5 years HR Operations experience.
