HR Operations – Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage attendance & leave in HRMS.

  • Handle LOP inputs/reversals and share data with payroll.

  • Manage GMC insurance, claims & vendor coordination.

  • Handle Sodexo issuance & monthly top-ups.

  • Maintain audit-ready HR documents & ensure compliance.

  • Support monthly payroll activities.

Skills:

  • HRMS knowledge (PeopleStrong preferred).

  • Excel must.

  • Good communication & attention to detail.

Qualification:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR.

  • 2–5 years HR Operations experience.
