Taking care of Recruitment which includes reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, streamlining the process, conducting an interview, follow up, scheduling tests, negotiating and finalizing the compensation, releasing Offer letters and following up till the day of their joining.
Taking care of Post joining formalities which includes filing, documentation, new Joining Applications forms, facilitating them with Corporate Salary Account, Creation of their Employee id through Server Portal. Identity card request to Admin.
Employee timings and Leave management.
Willing to work in night shift and in a team environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
