About Process | To process payroll for the organization on timely basis using payroll application |

Assisting in monthly closure of books of accounts | |
Assisting in raising Invoices through e-invoicing | |
Ensuring 100% accuracy for the entries passed and the reports generated | |
Implement and update accounting systems and processes. | |
To validate all the inputs received from stakeholders of Human resources team and processing monthly payroll through Spine Payroll Application with 2000 headcount+ | |
To process and validate full and final settlements for the employees leaving the organization basis the data and approvals received from the stakeholders | |
Calculation of monthly TDS and other deduction from the monthly payroll | |
To verify all the inputs received from Human Resources team with respect to attendance, leaves, incentive payouts, overtime payouts, etc. | |
To identify the variations in inputs received and payroll reports generated | |
Generating reports and ensuring all payments under labour laws are done within the due dates including PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, gratuity, leave encashments, etc. | |
Generation of Form 16 and other reports to be sent to all the employees | |
Preparation of data and ensuring TDS returns(Form 24Q) are filed within the timelines | |
Resolution of queries relevant to payroll from employees | |
To prepare periodic payroll reports that states department-wise payroll and identifying major variances in the monthly costs | |
Passing all the accounting entries and month end provisions relevant in accounting software to close monthly books of accounts | |
Assisting in raising e-invoices on as and when required basis | |
Passing periodic closing entries | |
Ad-hoc assignments as directed by management | |
