(1) Ensure Statutory Compliance through coordination with Branches, HR Ops team
i) Liasoning with required statutory authorities or as directed
ii) Responding to various Notices from Authorities ensuring closure on the gaps
(2) Analysis of trends in Compliance and devise corresponding action plan.
(3) Audit of PF and other vendors on Statutory Compliance.
(4) Assisting in documentation of all case and compliance documents (Disciplinary Action Sheet, relevant case study papers and/or opinions if required) for Audit Compliance.
(5) Creating MIS for reporting to Senior Management.
(6) Assisting in preparing of Worker's Salary and Compensation
