Good understanding of the JD/ job requirements, esp. the key skills and it’s terminology, as provided by the Product Heads.
Source Right-Fit candidates from various sources such as Job Portals, Networking Sites, References, Applications on Company Website, and others.
Evaluate the profiles, shortlist, and submission of right fit profiles to the respective Process Owners/ HR Head.
Ensure that the hiring process is completed within the Turn Around Times (TAT) as per the company’s mandate.
Negotiate with candidates and follow-through activities till on-boarding of the candidates as per the offer conditions of the LOI.
Help the Team Manager in developing the candidate database.
Involve in all initiatives of the organization towards process improvements and individual competency building.
Good command of written and verbal English communication.
Expert-level knowledge and working in MS Excel and other databases.
Excellent time management skills.
