Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Involvement in Employee welfare activities.
Expense reimbursement of Employees.
Preparations of various kinds of letters and Certificates. Like Salary Certificate, Experience Certificate, Employment Certificate, Confirmation, Relieving, Promotion, Warning, Termination etc.
Co-ordinate in the processing and issuing of Identity cards, Visiting cards, SIM card allocation, Laptops, etc.
Handling the payment procedures of Security Guards, Pest Control, Telephone Bills, and Corporation Staff and also monitoring their Attendance accordingly.
And all other activities assigned by the Reporting Authority.
