We are hiring for 'HR Recruiter HR Executive' who would be responsible for end to end recruitment cycle for open positions.
Responsibilities:
End to End recruitment; from interviewing till on-boarding of resources.
Would be responsible to hire resources as per organization's requirements within the defined timeline.
Would be responsible to manage big volumes of open positions.
Screen incoming applications and resumes for suitable roles.
Interview candidates (via phone and in-person).
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify future hiring needs.
Essentials Skills:
Minimum 1 year to 3 years of recruitment work experience
Must be graduate.
