We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. 

Who will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees.

Responsibilities:

• End to end recruitment.
• Sourcing through, referencing, walk-ins, head-hunting and job portals.
• Data Mining through Team Mapping.
• Conducting the HR round of interview.
• Screening the resume after having a detailed discussion with the candidates.
• Co-ordinating the entire interviewing process.
• Updating the candidates with regards to the interview feedback and negotiating the offer terms.
• Ensure that all open positions are closed as per the pre decided timelines.
• Scrutinizing and short-listing profiles by using various resources (i.e. Job sites, Head hunting, networking sites) based on specific criteria, skills, domain, platform, qualification and relevant experience.
• Maintain reports and update database information on an ongoing basis.
• Taking care of retentions and referral payouts.
