Role Overview:
Drive end-to-end recruitment—sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and facilitating smooth onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand role requirements; draft and post JDs
- Source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networks
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist
- Schedule/manage interview rounds; coordinate with hiring managers
- Run salary discussions, offer rollouts, and pre-joining checks
- Maintain ATS/trackers and weekly hiring dashboards
- Support onboarding and initial HR documentation
Requirements:
- Master’s degree (preferred/mandatory) OR minimum 2 years of recruiting experience
- Experience with Naukri/Indeed/LinkedIn and ATS tools
- Strong stakeholder management and communication
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines
- Basic HR compliance and documentation knowledge
