Designation: HR recruiter - female married only

• Designing and updating job descriptions
• Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like StackOverflow and Behance)
• Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
• Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates
• Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and meet their staffing needs
• Assist in writing and updating job descriptions as needed
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and hiring managers
• Manage the recruitment process via the applicant tracking system
• Extend job offers and facilitate the onboarding process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment documentation and reports

Qualification:10 to PG

Timings:10am to 5 pm

Salary:10k to 12k
