JOB DESCRIPTION:-

• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
• Dealing with other construction based companies as a corporate relations /public relations professional
• Building the relations with clients and helping them to find exact match for their job requirements
• Check for the requirements by client and understand it properly
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
• Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
• Sharing the shortlisted profiles to the client and conduct regular follow up with the clients till the fulfillment of their requirement.
• Closing of open positions efficiently.
• Creating database of qualified candidates in advance for future job requirement from clients.

QUALIFICATION:-

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 0.2 to 1 year of recruiting experience must
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
• Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable making decisions independently
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
• Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
• Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
