Job Description
Here are 3 day-to-day responsibilities of an HR Recruiter Intern:
1. Sourcing and Screening Candidates:
- Research and identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, and employee referrals
- Review resumes and cover letters to ensure candidates meet job requirements
- Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit
2. Recruitment Process Administration:
- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics with hiring managers and candidates
- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate records and data entry in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
3. Candidate Experience and Support:
- Provide exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and support
- Answer candidate inquiries and address concerns in a professional and courteous manner - Assist with new hire paperwork and onboarding processes as needed
Additional responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with job postings and job descriptions

- Supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Participating in special projects and process improvements
