Job Description :

Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels like Companys Website, Naukri portal, Indeed portal and HR Consultancy.
Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility.
Define job description and document specifications.
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process.
Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees.
Conducting Induction process of new Employees.
Releasing the circulars within the company and maintaining the circular file from time to time.
