Job Description

As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, evaluating, and hiring candidates to fill various job positions within our organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth hiring process. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.

Responsibilities:

Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and fit for roles.
Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and extend job offers.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure compliance with hiring policies and regulations.
