Our company is looking for a Full-time Remote Recruiter to be responsible for the administration and operational support of the recruitment process for our strategic client partnerships.
You will help us to find great talent with the experience and potential to make a difference for our clients.
As a Zazrow's Recruiter you will be one of the main points of contact for all candidates and team members involved in recruiting.
You’ll report directly to our Head of Recruitment.
This opportunity is excellent for someone who enjoys working with multiple personalities and is eager to expand their Human Resources/Administrative career.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Interview scheduling and meeting coordination support
Sourcing of resumes, Job posting advertisement and screening for assigned positions.
Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS
Train and develop new recruiters
Conduct pre-screening phone interviews with potential candidates
Source candidates from top talent pools using a variety of innovative strategies and databases.
Successful candidates will have a strong service mindset, superior communication skills, be process-driven, and have a keen attention to detail. You must be comfortable working remotely as part of a small team, with a high level of autonomy.
Exceptional written and spoken English
Prior experience in recruiting, customer service or sales preferred
Strong client service orientation and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Self-motivated and action-oriented
Ability to project manage with minimal supervision
Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus
