We are hiring Technical Recruiter/Talent Acquisition specialist to work with CHIPSOL CONSULTANTS

• Work location: BTM, Bangalore
  
• Salary: 10K-12K + Excellent Incentives for each recruitment.
  

• End To End Recruitment of Leading Product & Service Global MNCs
  
• Experience working for Semiconductor/Embedded/Software requirements
  
• Experience on sourcing tools such as Naukri, Monster, Linkedin, Google search etc.
  
• Understand complete requirement/recruitment cycle.
  
• Screening & shortlisting candidate profile as per the requirement.
  
• Coordinate with the shortlisted candidate for Interview schedule.
  
• Negotiating offers and following up with candidates to joining and closure.
  

• Excellent spoken and written communication skill
  
• Aggressive Go Getting individual who is self motivated.
  
• High on energy and able to meet deadlines on time.
  
• Should be a Professional, punctual, ambitious and work oriented independent individual.
  
• Passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition
  
• Should be good in Excel and maintaining reports and data.
