Responsibilities

Job responsibilities of the candidate include screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing the candidate pipeline.

• Must Know The End-To-End Recruitment Process.
• Must Have Experience In Hiring and should be Comfortable Working In A Recruitment Firm Rajaji Nagar, Bengaluru.
• Open to Hire Freshers too.

Qualifications

·       Basic information on Recruitment.

·       Effective communication skills

·       Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

·       Experience working with Microsoft Office suite

·       High-energy and passionate, Confidence in Speaking.

·       Basic understanding of recruitment and Portals (Naukri and Linkedin).
