Understanding JD

Sourcing profiles as per JD

·         Map JD and Candidate profiles

·         Screening of candidates and prepare quality tracker

·         Send to client and follow-up for interview schedules

·         Following up with shortlisted candidates for an interview till onboarding

·         As per schedule , follow-up clients about the interview

·         Collect feedback from candidates and clients

·         Update candidates and  clients for /further process

·         Complete the offer , joining process.

Should maintain database of all candidates .
