Job Description

Responsible for End to End Recruitment of IT & non IT profile.Knowledge of Job Portals, Job Posting, Advertisement through Social Media
Daily Follow-Up, Line-Up, Mass Hiring, Candidate will be responsible for lining up candidates for open positions
Responsible for onboarding & Induction.
Develop and monitor sourcing plans.
Headhunting, Searching CV's from Job portals & generating references
Creating & maintaining Database.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

Fluent English Communication Skills.
