Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Able to handle end-to-end recruitment process.
2.Identifying and sourcing the right candidate to match the suitable opening in the organisation,utilize and manage maximum sources like paid job portals, free job portals and employee referrals etc.
3.Conducting preliminary interview with the candidate and processing the shortlisted candidates for the next level of interview. Coordinating,Scheduling and Follow-up interview from first level to final level with the client company.
4.Maintaining of HRIS on daily,weekly and monthly basis.
5.Full execution of the recruitment process (including job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, communication with candidates and managers.
6.Manages posting of job vacancies at best performing recruitment channels.
7.Monitors the job market and prepares analysis and summaries of the main job market movements and other tasks that are assigned time to time.
