• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter
• Experience in managing blue collared employees such as delivery executives is a big plus
• Experience with sourcing techniques
• Strong communication and convincing skills and the ability to meet daily, weekly, and long-term requirements and goals.
Job Responsibilities: -
• The position holder is responsible for sourcing and hiring of Delivery Executives. The position is a middle-management role within the operations team.
• The candidate will assist the top-management in developing an operations strategy for effectively scaling the sourcing requirements of the company with regards to the Delivery Executives.
• The candidate will be responsible for finding the right candidate and convincing them to join the company's delivery team showcasing the benefits of working with the company to all prospective candidates. Be involved in conducting staffing drives. Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
• Design and update job descriptions
• Source potential candidates from various online channels
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms and Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
• Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
