Roles and Responsibilities:
Sourcing, screening & validation of profiles for ITES vertical. Calling and lining up candidates for interview & follow up. Candidates are involved in end to end recruitment.Understanding clients requirements Generating leads through reference. Having telephonic discussion with candidates and evaluating their communication skills. Interview scheduling, follow up and co-ordination with clients. 

Skills required:
Strong oral and written communication skills, Must be capable of demonstrating problem solving skills Attentive listener Confident while communicating
