Sourcing and first-level evaluation of candidates for all Technology Hiring, Drive process improvements in our recruiting processes (e.g. skill evaluation, tools and processes, best practices in candidate handling)
Manage focused hiring drives
Planning and create hiring plans
Report status of hiring plans, identify improvement opportunities and corrective plan
Meet hiring targets within SLAs (quality of talent, time to fill and number of positions)
Improve applicant to hire ratio and time taken from application to hire Experienced in innovative sourcing and candidate influencing techniques
Ability to screen and conduct first level evaluation of technology candidates
Extremely good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver within strict deadlines.
