Job Description:
· Total 1+ years' experience in the field of IT/Non-IT Recruitment.
· Experience of client’s management.
· Manage the sourcing, interviews, closures and other hiring activities for all the IT/Non-IT positions of our clients.
· Candidate should have depth understanding of end to end recruitment cycle with exposure to different IT/Non-IT skills.
· Coordination with Candidates & Interview Panel throughout the process.
· Exceptional interpersonal relationship and verbal skills; including phone and in-person presentation skills.
· A proven track record in achieving targeted.
· Strong follow up skills, motivated to break into new accounts through continuous effort.
· Solid business management skills.
· Strong decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent project-management and time-management skills.
· Ability to work well independently and within a team environment.
· PC proficiency and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel).
· End to End Recruitment process.
· Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy.
· Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
· Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
· Source and recruit potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri, Indeed and Monster etc.)
· Screen candidate’s resumes and job applications.
· Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
