Job Description
• Post Job ads on Job Sites and Social Media.
• Source the candidates using Job Portals like Naukri, Times Jobs, LinkedIn etc.
• Screening, filtering & short listing resumes according to Client specifications.
• Briefing the candidates about the job profile, salary package, organization, etc.
• Maintaining tracker on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Follow up with the selected candidates till they join the particular client company.
• End to End Recruitment Process.
• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates.
• Coordinate with Team Lead.
• Serve as contact person for the queries from the candidates
• Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.
• Handling of administration and record-keeping.
