Job Description

Summary:

  • Role – IT Recruiter

Job Description:  

  • Handling end-to-end recruitment.
  • Good understanding of Contract staffing & Permanent Staffing 
  • Should have good understanding in IT skills
  • Sourcing profiles  through Job portals, Social networks, Professional network,   internal databases & references.
  • Screening: short listing candidates sourced through portal (Naukri, Monster, Times jobs and LinkedIn) and validating them on their experience and interest on the role.
  • Coordinate with the Candidates & Clients regarding interview schedules and other formalities.
  • Ensuring that the candidate takes up interview without fail.
  • Updating candidates on the feedback.
  • Uploading resumes on client tool.
  • Mass mailing & Job posting
  • Coordinating with candidate till the offer letter release and onboard.
  • Excellent communication skills
