Qualification  :  Graduates / BE / Post Grads / MBA / UG

Undergraduates with experience also Preferred

Experience: -6 Months to 3 Years in HR / Recruitment / Call Centre / 

Tele Marketing / Counselling 

FRESHERS  MAY ALSO APPLY

Remuneration - Fresher’s: 12K  to 15K   +  Incentives up to 10K

Remuneration –  Experienced 12K  to 18K   +  Incentives upto 10K

Remuneration   - Event  Coordinator  ;- 15K  to  18K   +  Incentives  up to  10K

1. Sourcing Relevant candidates for Esteemed Clients

2. Open to Call Candidates from Portals

3. Convince them to Apply & ensure they WALK-IN

4. Ensure Weekly Offer &Joinee  Targets Achieved

5. Ensure Candidate Relations is Managed in an Excellent Manner

6. DELIVERY DRIVEN APPROACH.

CLIENT  HR COORDINATORS:-

1. Source Relevant Candidates for Esteemed Clients

2. Ensure Good Briefing, Grooming to match requirement

3. Event management of Respective Client

4. Ensure Weekly Targets Achieved

5. Ensure Client Relations is Managed in an Excellent Manner

6. DELIVERY DRIVEN APPROACH.
