Responsibilities, Authorities & Accountabilities

Developing growth strategies and plans
Generating New leads
Meets Client/Associate companies’ representatives and updates on the available opportunities. Arranges meetings for presentations. Accompanies CEO for business presentations and project execution meetings to various clients. Making all arrangements pre-hand to ensure that all is achieved smoothly.
Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
Performing reference and background checks
Making recommendations to company hiring managers
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Following up on the interview process status
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations

Completing timely reports on employment activity

Accountabilities - Business Development, Generating New leads, Candidate Screening, Reference and Background Checks

Education Qualification, Experience & Skill Set

Proven work experience as an HR or similar role
Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills
Energy Level, Meeting Sales Goals
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Experience with sourcing techniques
Understanding of referral programs
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Sound judgement
BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
