Maitretech Solution is Looking for a HR Recruiter for Our office based in Bhopal

Key responsibilities:
1. Design and update job descriptions

2. Source potential candidates from various job portals (e.g. Naukri, LinkedIn)
3. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
4. Screen incoming resumes and application forms and interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
5. Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
6. The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
7. Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills.
