Should be hiring different marketing professionals through various job portals as per the requirement.

 Should effectively coordinate them in the field to create potential leads and subsequent closings.

 Planning & overseeing of new joiners.

 Looking after their respective area of operations regarding business development and revenue generation.

 Helping the HR Manager to plan and implement strategies in accordance with the company’s policy.

 Developing quotes & proposals for clients.

 Developing goals for the sales team with business growth & to ensure that they are met.

 Training personnel & helping team members to develop their skills.
