Job Description

You will be responsible for IT Recruitment (End-End) for US operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Establishes contacts with candidates and prospective vendors Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, using newsgroups and job sites.
Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references working with vendors, touch base on bench candidates Act as liaison between applicant.
Hiring Managers and Resource Managers co-ordinates interviews and be hand in end-end process till offer been rolled.
Responsible for salary negotiations, closing the candidates and till the applicant gets on boarded.
