Recruiting of new(Not ex-hands) Candidate for all ranks of officer’s AND Crew for deck and Engine staff ,and engine side as and when required as per principal’s requirement
Verifying the basic documents of a seafarer before joining the ship, as per check list, closely monitoring and coordinating with Operation department for officers and crews.
