Animaker is in search of a Dynamic HR Recruiter to handle a variety of personnel-related administrative duties. Your role is to act as the liaison between HR managers and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries and also majorly sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures.

Responsibilities

●       Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements

●       Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews or participating in career events.

●       Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.

●       Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.

●       Post openings in online venues, newspaper classifieds, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.

●       Utilize the internet for recruitment.

            --Post positions to appropriate Internet sources.

            --Improve the company website recruiting section to assist in recruiting.

            --Research new ways of using the internet for recruitment.

            --Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.

●     Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events

●     Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews

●     Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties

●     Provide administrative support to Human Resource Department

●     Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc)

●     Event Handling and Management

●     Minimum 3 years of work experience as a HR Recruiter

●     Excellent verbal and written communication skills

●     Proven experience Excellent organizational skills

●     MBA degree in Human Resources field in a reputed Institution
