Animaker is in search of a Dynamic HR Recruiter to handle a
variety of personnel-related administrative duties. Your role is to act as the
liaison between HR managers and employees, ensuring smooth communication and
prompt resolution of all queries and also majorly sourcing candidates through
various channels, planning interview and selection procedures.
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect
each position’s requirements
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening
calls, assessments, and in-person interviews or participating in career events.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive
Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
Post openings in online venues, newspaper classifieds, with
professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.
Utilize the internet for recruitment.

--Improve the company website recruiting section to assist
--Research new ways of using the internet for recruitment.
--Use social and professional networking sites to identify
and source candidates.
● Organize and attend job fairs and
