Screening the Candidates Resume
Conducting the telephonic interview for the candidates
Scheduling the Candidates for Interview
Follow-up with the candidate

Requisites:

Professionals wanting to make a career in Human Resources
Good Communication Skills
Age not more than 28
PG, Preferably MBA, MSW, MA HRM, PG Diploma in HR etc.,
Anybody with other experience like Sales, Marketing, Customer services, etc.,
willing to become HR can also apply
