workforce that adds to the company’s bottom line. These highly skilled and often
equally highly educated HR professionals possess knowledge of employment and
labor law, have a deep understanding of the organization and its staffing
needs, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities:
Manpower Planning, and Recruitment, Requisition generation & finalization
Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing all IT and Non IT Candidates.
Preparation of Job Description & Job Specification of assigned Positions.
Handling the Job Board and Posting the Vacant Positions.
Screening of the profiles according to the client’s requirement.
Scheduling interviews with short listed candidates.
