Should handle end to end IT recruitment.
Connecting with the Prospective candidates on Phone / Email / All Channels
Understanding the Job Requirement
Sourcing relevant applicants from various job portals as per the requirement
Arranging client interviews.
Supporting Walk-in interviews
Following up the candidates to get the interviews done and placed
Attracting candidates to Join
