4-5 years of experience in IT recruitment services.
Have excellent experience in End to End Recruitment Life Cycle- sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

Strong knowledge in IT concepts and latest trends.
Must have good Negotiating skills in finalising rates/salary.
Foster long-term relationships with candidates.
Ability to work as a good team player, screening, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
Review and understand the job requirements.
