Responsibility will include but are not limited to, talent acquisition, on-boarding, MIS reporting, documentation broadly
Proven work experience as a Recruiter(either an in-house recruiter or a
staffing agency recruiter) is desirable
· Understanding the requirement, sourcing by using databases, social media and portals network sites, reference, headhunting, database etc
· Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to job portals, social media
· Screen candidates resumes and job applications, conducting cold calls and initial telephonic interviews for information gathering
· Conduct tests to assess the competencies and skill-sets of candidates
· Scheduling further interviews
· Familiarity with HR databases & Process documentation
· Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) and update database
· Possesses a clear understanding of HR Processes
· Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
· Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc)
· Prepare reports relating to HR activities like staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc
· Issue offer letters
· Conduct on-boarding formalities
· Conduct initial orientation, assist in documentation and onboarding activities of new joiners
· Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent organizational skills
· Proficiency in MS Office
